The Audit Service includes a client intake assessment by a Certified Baseline PMO Consultant (CB-PMO)® professional to determine level of effort appropriate to bring a project management office (PMO) of an organization, team, or establishment current to the global PMO standard. If necessary, a CB-PMO professional will conduct a PMO Audit to produce a structured checklist of the maturity of the PMO, its processes, and its systems. Along with the checklist, the CB-PMO professional will produce an assessment on where the client is within the five levels of the PMO Maturity Model as a reference for the client to use for improving their PMO.
